Sunrise: 7:16am Sunset:7:23pm
Friday morning:
8:00-8:15am – balloon(s) launch from WalMart in Stephenville
1-3 balloons to fly, media flight.
Friday evening: pilot/VIP sponsor dinner party followed by Balloon glow
5:00pm: Dinner party location TBD (pavilion at ranch?)
7:30 – 8:00pm glow live music until midnight by Kevin Sale Band
Saturday morning: Balloon competition fly in task or hare and hound/ mass ascension
6:45am: pilot briefing at field tent
7:30 – 9:00am: competition fly in task or hare and hound (possible rubber ducky drop or pole prize)
9:00 – 10:00am: propane refueling at field.
Saturday evening: pilot/VIP sponsor dinner party (or) Balloon glow
5:00pm: pilot dinner available at field
5:30pm: pilot briefing Music from 5:30 going until midnight the bands are as follows Cross County Lines, Calvin Milburn Band and Dolly Shine
6:00pm: corporate balloons launch from field, and can return for glow following flight
7:15pm: American flag raising with star spangled banner, rest of balloons ignite burners
7:30 – 8:00pm: Balloon glow for crowd
8:00 – 9:00pm: propane refueling at field
· If hare and hound flight, launch time is approximately 6:00pm

10:00am: informal awards breakfast at field pavilion or location TBD: breakfast discussion of the charity, sponsor appreciation, and pilots given checks and prizes/trophy.
